A Different Kind of Learning — Focused, Personal, and Proven
Hello! I’m Tee Adeyemo — a trained teacher from the United Kingdom, now happily tutoring here in Canada for over six years. I’ve learned that the typical school environment isn’t always the right fit for every child.
That’s why at Elevare, we take a different approach: we make learning personal. Here’s what you’ll find with us:
- A calm, focused learning space where we emphasize tried-and-true teaching methods (no computers, no digital distractions) because research shows traditional methods help build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy, and offer meaningful, in-person interaction.
- We’re open three days a week, with a maximum ratio of 1:10 students — so each child gets attention, support and space to grow.
- We follow the Alberta Curriculum and welcome parents to bring any textbooks or materials they prefer for their children. Families purchase their own curriculum, giving you more choice and flexibility.
- We encourage students to bring their own lunches — we have a microwave on site and are happy to heat things up so kids stay comfortable and nourished.
- Above all, we believe in nurturing a genuine love of learning — one that grows organically when each child is seen, known, and supported.
A focused, practical alternative to traditional school
Elevare is a small learning pod where children receive targeted support in reading, writing, and math. We prioritize traditional, teacher-led methods with hands-on activities and minimal digital distraction. Programs are flexible and built around each child’s needs.

Learning Pod — Days & Schedule
Our learning pod operates on a flexible attendance model to suit families:
- Days: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Hours: 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM (on pod days)
- Ratio: Up to 1 teacher : 10 students
- Focus: Literacy, numeracy, and hands-on activities
- Attendance options: Choose 2 or 3 days per week (or pay daily)
